 Performance Legends is a small company based in North East Wales, which specialises in iconic driver's cars from the last 2 decades.
I have always been interested in cars since I was very young and it was always my ambition to do something involving cars like these, so in 2005 I created Performance Legends. I have owned many performance cars myself over the years so I believe that I have sufficient knowledge to be able to find and offer the very best examples for sale.
Much of my stock is imported from Japan as the cars are generally much better kept by their owners there and usually have very low mileages. Of course I also source stock from the UK where I can, so if an import is not suitable for whatever reason I should still be able to help.
My most in depth knowledge lies with the BMW E30 3 series. I have a number of examples in my personal collection, one of which I built myself from a bare shell. My knowledge of other models that I stock is generally very good, but in particular I am very familiar with the BMW M5 (E34), Lancia Delta Integrale, and Mazda RX7 (FD3), all of which I have an example of in my personal collection. I also stock cars such as Sierra and Escort Cosworths, Porsche 911/930/964 and Nissan Skyline R32 GTS-T and GTR. I have a number of excellent contacts in the motor trade, including a prestige vehicle refinishers owned by a friend of mine. I will often use this company to correct any cosmetic imperfections with the cars that I stock. The same company have painted many of my own cars and I believe that they are one of the very best in the business. I also use a local garage who are heavily involved with competition cars and have a rolling road at their premises. Wherever possible I will supply all of my cars with a rolling road graph to demonstrate how healthy the engine is.
In the near future I hope to be able to offer cars to hire for track days. These cars will be very similar to those that I stock so you can expect a BMW E30 325i and M3, Sierra Cosworth, Lancia Integrale, Nissan Skyline and possibly even a 911.
